Terms of Service

Your account and workspace

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Breezier for an organization, you must have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Workspace owners manage membership, billing, and access to shared projects. Invite only people who should have access, and review sharing settings before publishing. A person who receives a shared link or downloads a video may retain or redistribute it.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the recordings, scripts, presentations, images, audio, logos, and other material you provide. You grant DeepNow permission to host, copy, process, transform, and deliver that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including sharing and AI processing you request. This permission continues while needed for those purposes, including applicable retention described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, record, edit, and share your content. This includes permission from people you record and rights to music, voices, likenesses, fonts, and third-party material. You are responsible for giving any required notices and obtaining consent before recording or uploading other people's information.

DeepNow retains its rights in Breezier's software, branding, and service. We grant you a limited permission to use the service under these terms and your plan. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

AI features and generated results

AI tools may send the text, audio, images, or other content needed for your request to AI providers. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results provided to others. Review generated scripts, captions, translations, voices, and visual edits before relying on or publishing them. We do not guarantee that a result is unique or eligible for copyright protection. As between you and DeepNow, we do not claim ownership of your generated results.

If you connect your own provider account, you are responsible for its credentials, charges, and applicable provider terms. Do not use generated voices or media to impersonate someone deceptively or to suggest an endorsement they did not give.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Breezier for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or infringement of another person's rights.
• Do not upload malware, stolen credentials, or content you have no right to process or distribute.
• Do not access someone else's workspace or private media without permission, bypass access controls or plan limits, or disrupt the service.
• Do not publish deceptive impersonations, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or content that sexually exploits children.
• Do not use the service in ways that violate applicable export controls or sanctions.

Report abuse or suspected infringement to [email protected]. Include the relevant Breezier link, a description of the issue, and your contact details. We may restrict access to content or accounts while investigating a credible report.

Plans, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Plan features and prices appear on our pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed there, including applicable taxes. We will give notice of changes to recurring prices before they take effect; you may cancel before the next renewal.

Workspace owners can open Billing → Manage subscription & invoices to cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, after which the workspace returns to Free. Contact support if you cannot access the portal. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your account, projects, or remaining AI balance.

AI usage is separate from the subscription. Studio uses prepaid AI balance; Studio Connect uses your own provider keys and you pay those providers directly. A completed provider request can incur usage even if you choose not to use its result. Check the billing screen before starting paid work. Plan limits still apply, and deleting a video does not restore a used monthly creation allowance.

For a refund or billing dispute, contact [email protected] with the account email and transaction reference. Any refund terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law govern your request. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, withdrawal, or cancellation right that applicable law gives you.

Service availability and ending your use

We may maintain, update, or change the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage; keep your own copies of important source material and exports. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, nonpayment, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

You can stop using Breezier at any time. Cancel recurring billing separately, then contact support to request account closure or deletion. Export material you need first. Retention exceptions and shared-workspace considerations are described in the Privacy Policy.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Breezier is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To that same extent, DeepNow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights and remedies protected by mandatory consumer law. You remain responsible for your own unlawful conduct and content; we remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.

Changes and other terms

We will post updates here with a new date and provide notice of material changes through the service or account email before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires otherwise. Where required, we will seek your agreement. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to a dispute or authorize new uses of previously collected information without the notice or permission required by law.

A separate written agreement with DeepNow controls where it expressly overrides these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it. Contact us first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it; this does not limit your right to seek a remedy available under applicable law.
